In addition, this study aimed to examine the relationship component of pedagogical content knowledge and skills; roles, responsibilities and relationships of teachers; and professional development of student teachers and school administrators. Therefore, this study is using a mixed-mode method using inter partial structure, questionnaires and observation. To answer the interview instrument, a total of 60 students of Physical Education options were selected based on the maximum variations of six different zones. However, to answer the questionnaire, a total of 480 respondents from 240 Physical Education students and 240 school administrators from 240 primary schools were randomly selected. Next, descriptive statistics of SPSS 18.0 software was used to analyze the factors of these three components to get the percentage, mean and standard deviation. Factor levels for each component were determined by using a rating scale of min at a moderate level is between M = 1.67 to M = 3.33. Next, inferential statistics were used to examine the relationship between these three components by using the Pearson correlation coefficient. The findings of this study indicate that the relationship is significant component of professional development at the moderate level, followed by components of pedagogical content knowledge and skills; and the roles, responsibilities and relationships of teachers when the score of p> 0.05. This explains that the three components have a good relationship and the impact of the program indirectly affects the implementation of effective teaching and learning Physical Education in schools. In conclusion, PPG implemented by the Ministry of Education (MOE) is helping Physical Education students in improving the quality of the teaching and learning and thus achieve the goals targeted by the MOE.
