PENILAIAN KEBERKESANAN KURSUS PUSAT LATIHAN PENGURUSAN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM INSTITUT LATIHAN DAN DAKWAH SELANGOR (ILDAS)

Abstract

This article concerns on the effectiveness of programmes and courses conducted by ILDAS Islamic Education and Management Training Centre (Pusat Latihan Pengurusan dan Pendidikan Islam (PLPPI) in Malay) . There are five courses that are offered by PLPPI, namely Kursus Pengurusan Pengajaran dan Pembelajaran Berkesan (Effective Teaching and Learning Course) , Pengurusan Ko-Kurikulum Berkesan (Effective Co-Curriculum Management Course), Kursus Pengurusan Hal Ehwal Murid (Pupil’s Management Course), Kursus Pembinaan Soalan Dan Jawapan (Question and Answer Design Course) and Kursus Tarannum (Tarannum Course). Questionnaire was employed as an instrument in order to gauge participants’ evaluation on the effectiveness of the programmes. A few of the 600 participants provided their views through questionnaires on the training programmes and courses conducted by PLPPI. The findings of the study revealed that the participants’ evaluation on the courses and programmes organized by PLPPI were high. The mean scores for the courses are the following: 4.084 for Kursus Pengurusan Pengajaran dan Pembelajaran Berkesan, 4.025 for Kursus Pengurusan Ko-Kurikulum Berkesan, 4.123 for Kursus Pengurusan Hal Ehwal Murid, 4.106 for Kursus Pembinaan Soalan dan Jawapan and 4.062 for Kursus Tarannum.
