Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة  إلى الكشف عن أثر المساءلة من منظور إسلامي في أداء المعلمين بالمدارس الحكومية في سلطنة عُمان بولاية بوشر، وتكمن مشكلة الدراسة في  وجود قصور في أداء بعض المعلمين في عدة جوانب منها: انضباطهم، وفي إنجازهم داخل الحصة الدراسية، وفي التزامهم بأخلاقيات المهنة، وفي علاقاتهم أثناء ممارستهم العملية التعليمية، وتكمن أهمية الدراسة في محاول تسليط الضوء على أهمية معرفة أثر المساءلة من منظور إسلامي في أداء المعلمين، واستخدم الباحثون عينة عشوائية مكونة من (24) مدير مدرسة ومديرا مساعدا بالمدارس الحكومية لولاية بوشر، وتم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة القصدية، واعتمدت هذه الدراسة في طريقة إعدادها المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدم الباحثون الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات ، تكونت من مجال المساءلة من منظور إسلامي، ومجال أداء المعلمين، وتضمن المتغير  المستقل (المساءلة) على أربعة أبعاد هي:(الانضباط، الإنجاز، أخلاقيات المهنة، العلاقات الإنسانية)، ولاستخراج النتائج من الاستبانة تمت معالجة البيانات المستخلصة عن طريق استخدام الحزم الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss))، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر إيجابي للمساءلة من منظور اسلامي في أداء المعلمين من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس ومساعديهم وفق أبعادها الأربعة، وأوصت الدراسة إلى غرس مبدأ المساءلة الذاتية القائمة على المنظور الاسلامي، مع أهمية ربط مخرجات المساءلة بالثواب والعقاب وفق المنظور الإسلامي.
