Abstract

This research aimed at identifying the level of Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) in Chinese Primary School, Sarawak that categorized as a high performing school. This study applied the survey method that using questionnaire for 48 teachers of the school. The data was analysed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 22.0. The findings reported that almost all practices of PLCs were implemented at the level of very often by having mean score more than 3.67. The implication of this study indicated that PLCs practices were a crucial to implement in order to make schools a difference.
