Abstract

This study was conducted to explore Headmasters Leadership with the Effectiveness of the Management Per Capita Grant (PCG) in primary schools at Bangsar. The objectives of this study were to identify the style of leadership of headmasters and the effectiveness of PCG in Bangsar area schools, to identify the effectiveness of the management of PCG in Bangsar area schools and lastly to define the relationship of headmasters’ style of leadership with the level of effectiveness in making decision in Bangsar are schools. This study was conducted by using quantitative method by distributing questionnaire thru google documents to 40 teachers. The data was analysed using SPSS version 18 by analysing the min and Pearson correlation. Research findings show that teachers really like to be included when headmasters include them in making decision about PCG. It also shows that the headmasters are giving them trust to head of department to manage their money for that present year. One of the implications of this study was to know the leadership style the headmasters portras when they decide to allocate money.
