PERBELANJAAN LATIHAN DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH SEKITAR SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR
In the educational system, training expenses are one of the crucial factors in ensuring the effectiveness of training which can be achieved by each school. This is because systematic training expenses will able to improve the quality of educational organisations and to strengthen the performance of the educational system. Thus, this study aims to identify the types of training expenses at secondary schools in Shah Alam, Selangor. Also, the aim of this study is to examine the relationship between training expenses and training effectiveness at secondary schools in Shah Alam, Selangor. A quantitative research method was used as part of this study and the data collection was done through questionnaires. A total number of 60 participants were involved in the study. The participants involved in this study consisted of teachers who are working at secondary schools in Shah Alam, Selangor. "IBM Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SSPS) Statistics 22.0" was used to analyse the data. The findings of this study found that the training presenter is one of the most important training expenses in determining the effectiveness of the training program. In addition, the findings also clearly showed that there is a significant relationship between training expenses and the effectiveness of training at secondary schools in Shah Alam, Selangor. The implication of this study is the government especially in the educational system should pay more attention to the training expenses process in each school thereby each type of training expenses can be emphasised.
