ISO is one of the quality management systems implemented in various sectors, including the education sector. The implementation of ISO 9001:2015 is also applied in schools through a system known as the Quality School Management System (SPSK). Teachers are the main drivers in implementing this system. This study also looks at the performance of teachers who have implemented the Quality School Management System (SPSK). The findings show that the level of implementation of the Quality School Management System (SPSK) is high in Kuala Lumpur (overall mean = 3.89, SD = 0.510). Teacher performance also shows a high level (overall mean = 4.23, SD = 0.431). The study shows that there is a significant relationship between the implementation of the Quality School Management System (SPSK) and teachers’ performance. This study is expected to improve the quality of teachers, especially based on the use of ISO 9001:2015.
