Abstract
Artikel ini membincangkan tentang sumbangan Ustaz Mohd Mahayuddin Bin Haji Abdullah terhadap pendidikan Islam di Kelantan. Setelah membincangkan latarbelakang kehidupan dan pengajian beliau, artikel ini menyentuh sumbangan beliau yang paling menonjol di dua buah institusi pendidikan Islam di Kelantan (1) Yayasan Pengajian Tinggi Islam Kelantan (YPTIK) dan (2) Majlis Agama Islam Kelantan (MAIK). Turut disentuh juga usaha beliau dalam memantapkan pengajian bahasa Arab dalam pendidikan Islam di Kelantan khususnya semasa beliau bertugas di YPTIK
